Cheuk Kwan 關卓中 : 关卓中 a Chinese-Canadian, wrote, directed and produced a fascinating set of films about the Chinese restaurants in countries all over the world, and the Chinese immigrants behind their success. The documentaries were filmed between 2003-2005 and he even took in a visit to a Hakka restaurant in St Julien, Mauritius! You can watch the documentaries on his Culture Unplugged page.
